Pascual se encargar\u00e1 de llevar la creatividad de la compa\u00f1\u00eda \u201cun paso m\u00e1s lejos\u201d.&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tras cerrar 2019 con un crecimiento de m\u00e1s del 50% respecto al a\u00f1o anterior, seedtag empieza 2020 <\/span><b>fortaleciendo su equipo central en Madrid<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Para ello ha fichado a Fernando Pascual, que se incorpora a la empresa como jefe de dise\u00f1o.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pascual cuenta con una amplia trayectoria profesional. Adem\u00e1s gracias a su <\/span><b>formaci\u00f3n multidisciplinar en el campo del dise\u00f1o, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ha desarrollado un enfoque&nbsp; global y amplio del sector de la publicidad, tanto online como offline. Durante su carrera ha trabajado en diferentes agencias y publishers internacionales, destacando su paso por <\/span><b>McCann Worldgroup donde trabaj\u00f3 como art director<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, adquiriendo capacidades m\u00e1s conceptuales y creativas de la industria. Su experiencia como <\/span><b>head of rich Media en el grupo escandinavo de comunicaci\u00f3n Aller Media,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> le aport\u00f3 numerosos conocimientos en creatividad y plataformas digitales.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tras toda su experiencia profesional, tanto a nivel creativo como de gesti\u00f3n de equipos, siempre ha velado por \u201cgarantizar valor y calidad en tiempo y forma\u201d en todos sus proyectos. El nuevo head of design <\/span><b>conoci\u00f3 seedtag en los inicios de la compa\u00f1\u00eda mientras trabajaba en Noruega como head of rich media<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
