As\u00ed lo comparte World Economic Forum (WEF) en su informe \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxize.com\/biblioteca\/jobs-of-tomorrow-mapping-opportunity-in-the-new-economy\">Jobs of tomorrow: Mapping Opportunity in the New Economy<\/a><\/strong><strong>\u201d, donde se investigan los nuevos focos de empleabilidad, por qu\u00e9 han variado y qu\u00e9 habilidades se necesitan para estas nuevas profesiones. Un an\u00e1lisis de Pilar Villanueva, content manager de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxize.com\/\">Foxize<\/a><\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el informe, en esta nueva d\u00e9cada aparecer\u00e1n nuevas ofertas basadas en puestos de trabajo totalmente nuevos o para puestos que est\u00e1n sufriendo un cambio significativo en su base y sus habilidades requeridas. Esta cuarta revoluci\u00f3n industrial puede llevar a la creaci\u00f3n de 133 millones de nuevos puestos de trabajo, a la vez que desplazamiento de 75 millones de puestos entre 2018 y 2022. Estas nuevas profesiones son el reflejo de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas integr\u00e1ndose en los puestos de trabajo y la, a\u00fan importante, interacci\u00f3n humana en la nueva econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>WEF junto con LinkedIn han identificado 7 categor\u00edas de profesiones que han crecido sustancialmente en estos \u00faltimos 5 a\u00f1os:<\/p>\n<p><strong>-Data Science y IA<\/strong> (Especialistas en inteligencia artificial, Data Scientist\u2026)<\/p>\n<p><strong>-Ingenier\u00eda y programaci\u00f3n de Cloud<\/strong> (Programadores en DevOps y Full Stack\u2026).<\/p>\n<p><strong>-Personas y cultura<\/strong> (Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist\u2026)<\/p>\n<p><strong>-Desarrollo de producto<\/strong> (Product Owner, QA Tester, Instructor Agile\u2026)<\/p>\n<p><strong>-Ventas, marketing y contenido<\/strong> (Digital Marketing Specialist, Content Specialist, Customer Success Specialist\u2026)<\/p>\n<p><strong>-Econom\u00eda verde<\/strong> (Instaladores de energ\u00eda solar, t\u00e9cnico de generadores de gas metano, Green Marketers\u2026)<\/p>\n<p><strong>-Econom\u00eda de cuidados<\/strong> (asistencia m\u00e9dica, ayudas personales, instructores de fitness\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>Si esta tendencia de crecimiento sigue en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os, en 2020 se crear\u00e1n 1.7 millones de oportunidades de trabajo y en 2022, 2.4 millones.<\/p>\n<p>Como consecuencia del crecimiento en la demanda de ciertas posiciones, es necesario analizar cu\u00e1les son las habilidades ligadas a estos puestos y c\u00f3mo podemos conseguirlas. LinkedIn ha escrito un&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/learning.linkedin.com\/blog\/top-skills\/the-skills-companies-need-most-in-2020and-how-to-learn-them\">listado de tendencias&nbsp;<\/a>sobre las habilidades m\u00e1s demandadas para este 2020. Estas son las 5 soft skills que las empresas est\u00e1n buscando en sus nuevos colaboradores.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Habilidades clave para las nuevas profesiones emergentes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>1.-Creatividad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nunca ha sido tan importante como hoy innovar de manera constante. Las compa\u00f1\u00edas necesitan equipos creativos para poder diferenciarse de otros proyectos y empresas.
