{"id":85923,"date":"2019-09-27T13:50:23","date_gmt":"2019-09-27T11:50:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/?p=85923"},"modified":"2019-09-27T13:50:23","modified_gmt":"2019-09-27T11:50:23","slug":"directiva-europea-de-pago-psd2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/?p=85923","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la nueva Directiva Europea de Pago y c\u00f3mo afecta a las empresas?"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure id=\"attachment_85925\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-85925\" style=\"width: 690px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-85925\" src=\"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/PSD2.jpg\" alt=\"Para proteger del fraude online, los bancos han implementado la autentificaci\u00f3n reforzada (SCA).\" width=\"690\" height=\"270\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-85925\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Para proteger del fraude online, los bancos han implementado la autentificaci\u00f3n reforzada (SCA).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>La nueva directiva europea de pago (<a href=\"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/sistema-de-doble-autenticacion\/\">PSD2<\/a>) tiene como principal objetivo mejorar la seguridad, reducir el fraude y agilizar las transacciones realizadas a trav\u00e9s de Internet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esta directiva, que entr\u00f3 en vigor el pasado 14 de septiembre, permite el acceso a los datos y sistemas de las entidades financieras a terceras partes (llamadas tambi\u00e9n TTPs) y as\u00ed poder acceder a la cuenta del usuario y realizar pagos en su nombre, previamente autorizado a trav\u00e9s de la autentificaci\u00f3n reforzada (SCA).<\/p>\n<p>Aunque <a href=\"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/sistema-de-doble-autenticacion\/\">la puesta en marcha de la nueva directiva europea de pago se haya retrasado<\/a> debido a lo complejo de su aplicaci\u00f3n, es el momento de entender c\u00f3mo afecta a las empresas y si los procesamientos de pago cumplen con ella.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo afecta el PSD2 a los negocios online?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Para proteger del fraude online, los bancos han implementado la autentificaci\u00f3n reforzada (SCA). Para ello ser\u00e1 obligatorio verificar tu identidad cada vez que realices un pago online a trav\u00e9s de, al menos, dos de estos tres factores:<\/p>\n<p>-Algo que el usuario <strong>SABE<\/strong> (contrase\u00f1a, PIN).<\/p>\n<p>-Algo que el usuario <strong>TIENE<\/strong> (tel\u00e9fono, una pieza de hardware).<\/p>\n<p>-Algo que el usuario <strong>ES<\/strong> (huella dactilar, reconocimiento facial).<\/p>\n<p>Esta verificaci\u00f3n ya se realizaba en algunos procesos de transacciones, pero ahora ser\u00e1 obligatorio en todos los pagos online, salvo ciertas excepciones.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Procesamiento de pagos online para empresas<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Si una empresa quiere aceptar pagos online, tiene dos opciones: que se realicen a trav\u00e9s de la <strong>tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito<\/strong> o con una <strong>domiciliaci\u00f3n bancaria<\/strong>. Elegir el proveedor de servicios que permita realizar estos cobros online es clave para el buen funcionamiento de una compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de proveedores de pago con tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito, existen varias opciones en el mercado como Stripe, TPV Virtual, FastSpring, Paypal o Adyen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stripe.com\/es\">Stripe<\/a>, por ejemplo, es un <strong>Third Party Payment Service Provider (TPP)<\/strong> que ya tiene incorporadas todas las medidas necesarias para cumplir con la nueva Directiva Europea de Pago y que usan plataformas como Kickstarter, Shopify,, DocuSign, Booking.com, El Corte Ingl\u00e9s o plataformas LSD para crear y vender cursos como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxizecloud.com\/\">Foxize Cloud<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Entre sus funciones <strong>Stripe determina si la autentificaci\u00f3n reforzada es necesaria,<\/strong> creando excepciones para que solo sea necesario verificar una sola vez en, por ejemplo, pagos recurrentes (suscripciones). Sin excepci\u00f3n, el usuario deber\u00eda validar el pago cada vez que se efect\u00faa la transacci\u00f3n mensual. Gracias a esta excepci\u00f3n, el flujo de compra seguir\u00e1 siendo el mismo: Iniciar el pago, realizar la autentificaci\u00f3n y completar el pago una sola vez.<\/p>\n<p>La otra opci\u00f3n es elegir un proveedor de pago por domiciliaci\u00f3n bancaria como, por ejemplo,<strong> Besepa o GoCardless.<\/strong> Este m\u00e9todo suele ser m\u00e1s simple para realizar cobros a clientes, pero no es la mejor opci\u00f3n si necesitamos que los pagos sean instant\u00e1neos, como en el caso de los e-commerce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Autora:&nbsp;Carolina Vicente, dircom de
