La\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/agencia-de-publicidad-ddb-spain-entrevista-ipmark\/\">agencia DDB <\/a>se suma al carro y pone en marcha la iniciativa\u00a0\u2018DDB Concilia\u2019, con el objetivo de mejorar la vida de sus empleados para que sean creativos m\u00e1s felices.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una acci\u00f3n que aterriza cuando el sector de las <strong>agencias y anunciantes <\/strong>en Espa\u00f1a se replantean una normalizaci\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Las medidas de la agencia se dividen en dos factores: <strong>teletrabajo y optimizaci\u00f3n de los horarios<\/strong>. Para el primer caso, la cuenta pone a disposici\u00f3n de los empleados distintas herramientas, como basecamp 3, email, chat, llamadas, ordenador y open Access a servidores correo, etc. Tambi\u00e9n se respeta el <strong>horario de entrada y salida<\/strong>, acabando con el problema de las jornadas de muchas horas y <strong>fines de semana sin descanso.\u00a0<\/strong>Adem\u00e1s, ofrecen beneficios mediante una serie de acuerdos<strong> con otras empresas<\/strong> as\u00ed como un d\u00eda libre <strong>al cumplir a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/agencia-de-publicidad-ddb-spain-entrevista-ipmark\/\">DDB <\/a>cuenta con cerca de <strong>300 empleados en nuestro pa\u00eds,<\/strong> de los cuales 165 son mujeres y 127 hombres.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La conciliaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 aterrizando en m\u00e1s empresas espa\u00f1olas.
