El alcance potencial fue cercano a los <strong>185 millones de internautas.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0principal <strong>conclusi\u00f3n<\/strong> de este an\u00e1lisis es que los usuarios bordean como pueden y con mucha imaginaci\u00f3n<strong> la Ley Electoral.\u00a0<\/strong>Dicha normativa impide pedir el voto expresamente y difundir propaganda electoral <strong>para seguir apoyando a sus partidos<\/strong> favoritos despu\u00e9s de que haya terminado oficialmente la campa\u00f1a electoral.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La Ley proh\u00edbe pedir el voto en la jornada de reflexi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>El art\u00edculo 53 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica 5\/1985<\/strong>, de 19 de junio, del<strong> R\u00e9gimen Electoral General<\/strong>, proh\u00edbe expresamente en la jornada de reflexi\u00f3n pedir el voto directamente y repartir propaganda electoral. Esta normativa legal, aprobada hace casi 40 a\u00f1os \u2013cuando a\u00fan no exist\u00edan las redes sociales- sigue en vigor en Espa\u00f1a. Incluso, puede conllevar para los que lo incumplen penas de prisi\u00f3n de tres meses a un a\u00f1o o la multa de\u00a0seis a 24 meses. La Ley fue modificada en 2011, pero <strong>los partidos pol\u00edticos no consideraron necesario cambiar la normativa del d\u00eda de reflexi\u00f3n<\/strong>, quiz\u00e1s porque entonces, hace\u00a0ocho a\u00f1os, la influencia de las redes sociales no era tan poderosa como en la actualidad.<\/p>\n<p>De hecho, todos los partidos pol\u00edticos han realizado alguna actividad durante este d\u00eda, destacando al l\u00edder del partido <strong>Vox<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Santiago Abasca,<\/strong>\u00a0que estuvo retuiteando tuits pasados. Este partido pol\u00edtico fue el m\u00e1s activo y el que menos ha respetado la normativa. Adem\u00e1s, se destaca al usuario <strong>@ProgreB<\/strong> que ha sido el m\u00e1s activo apoyando a este partido, participando 423 veces en la conversaci\u00f3n sobre la jornada electoral del d\u00eda siguiente (28 de abril). \u00abPodr\u00eda ser un bot\u00bb, se\u00f1alan en el comunicado.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-80326\" src=\"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/28-A-ESTUDIO-USO-DE-REDES-SOCIALES-JORNADA-DE-REFLEXI\u00d3N-1-5.jpg\" alt=\"28-A ESTUDIO USO DE REDES SOCIALES JORNADA DE REFLEXI\u00d3N\" width=\"690\" height=\"356\" \/>En palabras de<strong> Elvis Santos Sierra<\/strong>, director general de <strong>Shackleton Buzz&amp;Press<\/strong>, se\u00f1ala: \u201cLa normativa <strong>en nuestro pa\u00eds se ha quedado en un mundo globalizado y digitalizado completamente desfasada<\/strong>. Hay una actividad electoral clara en redes sociales y no debemos olvidar que en el \u00faltimo m<strong>acrobar\u00f3metro del CIS el 39,5%<\/strong> de los espa\u00f1oles u<strong>tiliza las redes sociales para informarse sobre pol\u00edtica<\/strong> y solo la televisi\u00f3n las supera como fuente\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos comentarios de medios y personas con m\u00e1s viralidad durante esa
