Se trata de un puesto de nuevo creaci\u00f3n desde el que compartir\u00e1 responsabilidades con Jordi Ros\u00e0s e Isahac Oliver, fundador y director creativo ejecutivo de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, respectivamente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En su nuevo destino profesional,\u00a0 Felipe San Juan se encargar\u00e1 de reforzar el <strong>desarrollo corporativo de la agencia<\/strong>, as\u00ed como promover un mejor servicio a la cartera de clientes,\u00a0 desarrollar nuevo negocio, as\u00ed como poner en pr\u00e1ctica nuevas t\u00e9cnicas de marketing digital e implementarlas en los nuevos medios.<\/p>\n<p>Antes de su etapa en la agencia publicitaria DDB New York, Felipe San Juan trabaj\u00f3 en Google como <strong>director de Agencias Creativas<\/strong>, puesto desde el que impuls\u00f3 el conocimiento de las plataformas YouTube, Google Display Network (GDN), Google Maps, y Rich Media Gallerypor entre la comunidad creativa. Desde Google\u00a0 promovi\u00f3 la utilizaci\u00f3n de herramientas de anal\u00edtica para el buen uso de Big Data generado por las distintas plataformas en el conocimiento de los consumidores y en la consecuci\u00f3n de una creatividad m\u00e1s relevante y contextual. Tambi\u00e9n fue <strong>CEO de Saatchi &amp; Saatchi Espa\u00f1a<\/strong> durante siete a\u00f1os y trabaj\u00f3 para DDB Miami y Bates USA gestionando la actividad publicitaria de distintos anunciantes en Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEn &amp;Ros\u00e0s hay mucho talento, pero la humildad y el trabajo prevalecen por encima de los egos o aspectos superficiales.
