Jean-Louis Paccalin, hasta ahora director general de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, ser\u00e1 nombrado consejero a la direcci\u00f3n general de Espa\u00f1a, reportando directamente a Carlos Bar\u00f3n, director general para Iberia. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jean-Louis Paccalin se incorpor\u00f3 a JCDecaux en la agencia de Burdeos, Francia, en febrero de 1987. En 1990 trabaj\u00f3 en el desembarco de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en Espa\u00f1a, asumiendo la direcci\u00f3n comercial de la filial. Diez a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s fue nombrado director general y desde entonces hasta ahora, ha participado en el <strong>desarrollo de la filial y en las incorporaciones de las empresas Avenir, Planigrama y Cemusa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, <strong>Mar\u00eda Jes\u00fas Sola\u00fan<\/strong>, hasta ahora directora de marketing y directora comercial local,\u00a0 ser\u00e1 la directora comercial y de marketing de la compa\u00f1\u00eda de a partir del pr\u00f3ximo 1 de marzo, a\u00f1adiendo a sus actuales responsabilidades las relativas a mobiliario urbano, aeropuertos, Metro, Avenir, centros comerciales y controlling comercial.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn un momento en el que el contexto competitivo est\u00e1 evolucionando como nunca en la historia de la comunicaci\u00f3n, y en el que la penetraci\u00f3n del digital se est\u00e1 acelerando, con m\u00e1s de 400 pantallas que ya tenemos en Espa\u00f1a, me parece esencial tener un modelo de organizaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s compacto y capaz de proyectarse a\u00fan m\u00e1s hacia el futuro\u201d, ha se\u00f1alado <strong>Jean S\u00e9bastien Decaux, CEO de la
