Premios DEC<\/a>, que termina el d\u00eda 3 junio.<\/p>\nA trav\u00e9s de estos premios, la Asociaci\u00f3n DEC quiere reconocer el trabajo de las empresas que mejor han implementado durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o el concepto de Experiencia Cliente en Espa\u00f1a en tres categor\u00edas distintas, adem\u00e1s de otorgar otros dos premios especiales a iniciativa del jurado.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tMejor Estrategia. Proyectos globales y transversales de compa\u00f1\u00eda donde se haya puesto de manifiesto que una buena Experiencia de Cliente es el motor del negocio.
\n\u2022\tMejor Customer Journey. Procesos, implementaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas o soluciones que hayan contribuido significativamente a mejorar la Experiencia de Cliente.
\n\u2022\tMejor Proyecto de Involucraci\u00f3n de Empleados. Plan de implantaci\u00f3n de la cultura de Experiencia de Cliente a lo largo de toda la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Asimismo, el jurado, formado por reconocidos profesionales de distintos campos relacionados con la Experiencia de Cliente, conceder\u00e1 dos premios especiales:<\/p>\n
\u2022\tMejor CEO \/ Directivo Impulsor. Visi\u00f3n y capacidad de liderazgo de los profesionales que hayan sabido inspirar y alinear a la organizaci\u00f3n en una buena Experiencia de Cliente.
\n\u2022\tMarca mejor valorada por sus clientes. La voz del cliente, esto es, la opini\u00f3n que estos tienen sobre la interacci\u00f3n con la marca.<\/p>\n
Los galardones se entregar\u00e1n en la ceremonia que tendr\u00e1 lugar el mi\u00e9rcoles 29 de junio en Platea (Madrid), el centro de ocio gastron\u00f3mico m\u00e1s grande de Europa.<\/p>\n
