Entre las elegidas este a\u00f1o est\u00e1n Almudena Rom\u00e1n (ING), Bego\u00f1a Elices (Repsol),  Blanca G\u00f3mez (Microsoft) o Beatriz Navarro (FNAC).<\/p>\n<p>El ranking Top 100 de mujeres m\u00e1s influyentes de Espa\u00f1a reconoce el talento de un centenar de mujeres, seleccionadas entre m\u00e1s de 500 candidatas, con el objetivo de favorecer el debate y la reflexi\u00f3n sobre el papel de la mujer en nuestra sociedad.<\/p>\n<p>En la edici\u00f3n de este a\u00f1o tambi\u00e9n han sido seleccionadas Amaya Valdemoro, Soledad Lorenzo o Blanca Portillo (en la categor\u00eda de Cultura, Ocio y Deporte); Purificaci\u00f3n Garc\u00eda y Esther Koplowitz (como empresarias); Montse Dom\u00ednguez, Irene Villa y Maruja Torres (en medios), o Celia Amor\u00f3s y Laura Freixas (como pensadoras). <\/p>\n<p>Por primera vez, todas las elegidas por primera vez se unen a las cerca de 200 mujeres seleccionadas en ediciones anteriores, y se incorporar\u00e1n a un grupo de trabajo con acceso a diversas actividades que se programar\u00e1n a lo largo del a\u00f1o para dar voz al papel de la mujer en puestos de responsabilidad. Estas actividades incluyen desayunos tem\u00e1ticos, Think Tanks y eventos para favorecer el networking.<\/p>\n<p><b>EngageMEN<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En palabras de Mercedes Wulich, directora y fundadora de la plataforma Las Top 100 Mujeres L\u00edderes,  \u00abel desaf\u00edo ahora es engageMEN, una iniciativa destinada a involucrar a los hombres para acelerar el cambio y que las mujeres alcancen los altos cargos.
