{"id":243844,"date":"2026-07-09T12:36:17","date_gmt":"2026-07-09T10:36:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/?p=243844"},"modified":"2026-07-09T13:55:27","modified_gmt":"2026-07-09T11:55:27","slug":"hallon-intelligence-resuelve-el-conflicto-con-cedro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/?p=243844","title":{"rendered":"Hallon Intelligence resuelve el conflicto con CEDRO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Tras dos a\u00f1os de conflicto judicial entre Hallon Intelligence y CEDRO por el nuevo modelo contractual propuesto por los editores de prensa de este \u00faltimo, Hallon finalmente ha firmado dicho modelo.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El acuerdo que ha alcanzado la firma tecnol\u00f3gica con CEDRO implica, adem\u00e1s de aceptar las condiciones del modelo contractual propuesto en 2024, resarcir a los editores de prensa representados por CEDRO.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hace dos a\u00f1os, Hallon se hab\u00eda negado a firmar el modelo contractual de CEDRO al considerar que algunas de sus condiciones resultaban controvertidas de acuerdo con los intereses de su actividad. El organismo de propiedad intelectual demand\u00f3 entonces a la firma tecnol\u00f3gica y ambas llevaron la discusi\u00f3n a los tribunales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cHemos defendido con convicci\u00f3n una posici\u00f3n que consider\u00e1bamos leg\u00edtima y necesaria para proteger a nuestros clientes\u201d, comenta <strong>Bernardo Posada<\/strong>, CEO de <strong>Hallon Intelligence<\/strong>. \u201cAlcanzar este acuerdo es la decisi\u00f3n responsable que nos permite garantizar la continuidad de Hallon y seguir centrados en lo que mejor sabemos hacer: ofrecer la inteligencia de medios m\u00e1s fiable del mercado\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El acuerdo alcanzado con CEDRO supone resolver la situaci\u00f3n contractual de Hallon, que desde el punto de vista operativo, seguir\u00e1 ofreciendo los mismos servicios (monitorizaci\u00f3n, an\u00e1lisis y gesti\u00f3n de inteligencia medi\u00e1tica). Permitir\u00e1, concluyen, \u201coperar con total seguridad jur\u00eddica y respetando los derechos de propiedad intelectual del sector de la
