La ejecutiva asume la m\u00e1xima responsabilidad de marketing de la compa\u00f1\u00eda tras una trayectoria de 17 a\u00f1os en la organizaci\u00f3n, donde ha desarrollado buena parte de su carrera vinculada al crecimiento, el marketing de producto y la relaci\u00f3n de las marcas de Meta con los consumidores.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Moreno toma el relevo de <strong>Alex Schultz<\/strong>, hasta ahora CMO y vicepresidente de anal\u00edtica de Meta, que ha sido designado primer <em>chief data officer<\/em> de la compa\u00f1\u00eda. Con este movimiento, Meta reorganiza dos \u00e1reas clave en un momento marcado por el peso creciente de la<strong> inteligencia artificial, los datos y la automatizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en la evoluci\u00f3n de sus plataformas y productos.<\/p>\n<p>La nueva CMO comunic\u00f3 su nombramiento a trav\u00e9s de una publicaci\u00f3n en LinkedIn, en la que record\u00f3 sus inicios en la compa\u00f1\u00eda, liderando iniciativas de email marketing y experimentos de crecimiento. En su mensaje, Moreno subray\u00f3 que asumir este cargo supone \u201cel honor\u201d de su carrera profesional y dedic\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n unas palabras de reconocimiento a Schultz, a quien defini\u00f3 como jefe, mentor, defensor y amigo.<\/p>\n<p>El perfil de Moreno ha estado estrechamente ligado al crecimiento de los productos de Meta. Antes de asumir la direcci\u00f3n global de marketing, ocupaba el cargo de global <em>SVP of consumer marketing and growth.<\/em> Seg\u00fan recoge medios del sector, la ejecutiva ya hab\u00eda asumido temporalmente responsabilidades de CMO el a\u00f1o pasado y ha estado vinculada al impulso de productos como <strong>Threads<\/strong>, las <strong>gafas inteligentes de Meta y las capacidades de comercio electr\u00f3nico<\/strong> de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En su nueva etapa, Moreno <strong>sit\u00faa la inteligencia artificial como uno de los grandes ejes de transformaci\u00f3n del marketing<\/strong>. La directiva considera que la disciplina atraviesa su mayor cambio en una generaci\u00f3n, impulsada por la capacidad de la IA para acelerar el aprendizaje, la creaci\u00f3n y la conexi\u00f3n con las audiencias.
