El directivo asumir\u00e1 el cargo el pr\u00f3ximo 1 de octubre por un periodo de cuatro a\u00f1os, siempre que los accionistas aprueben su designaci\u00f3n en la junta general extraordinaria convocada para el 5 de agosto.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El grupo ha indicado que el consejo de supervisi\u00f3n ha elegido por unanimidad a Oliveira tras un proceso de b\u00fasqueda internacional. En su comunicado, la empresa ha destacado su combinaci\u00f3n de visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, experiencia operativa y conocimiento financiero como factores clave para su elecci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oliveira cuenta con doble nacionalidad brasile\u00f1a y brit\u00e1nica. Llegar\u00e1 a Heineken desde JDE Peet\u2019s, empresa neerlandesa especializada en caf\u00e9 y t\u00e9, donde ocupa el cargo de CEO desde 2024. La firma fue adquirida por Keurig Dr Pepper el pasado mes de abril. Anteriormente, desarroll\u00f3 una etapa de diez a\u00f1os en The Kraft Heinz Company, donde fue presidente de Mercados Internacionales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Su llegada marca una ruptura con la tradici\u00f3n de Heineken de promocionar internamente a sus primeros ejecutivos. La cervecera cerrar\u00e1 as\u00ed la sucesi\u00f3n de Dolf van den Brick, cuya salida fue anunciada en enero y se produjo a finales de mayo, despu\u00e9s de casi seis a\u00f1os en el puesto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Peter Wennink, presidente del consejo de supervisi\u00f3n de Heineken, ha afirmado que el grupo da la bienvenida a Oliveira por su experiencia al frente de negocios globales de consumo.
