La decisi\u00f3n consolida el papel de Espa\u00f1a dentro de la estrategia europea del grupo automovil\u00edstico y refuerza su apuesta por la movilidad el\u00e9ctrica asequible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La planta madrile\u00f1a de Villaverde asumir\u00e1 la fabricaci\u00f3n de varios veh\u00edculos de <strong>Leapmotor<\/strong> destinados a los mercados europeo y global. Este movimiento dar\u00e1 continuidad a la actividad industrial del centro una vez finalice la producci\u00f3n de los actuales <strong>Citro\u00ebn C4, \u00eb-C4, C4 X y \u00eb-C4 X.<\/strong> Adem\u00e1s, la propiedad de la factor\u00eda pasar\u00e1 a la filial espa\u00f1ola de<strong> Leapmotor<\/strong>, socio de Stellantis desde la creaci\u00f3n de su alianza empresarial en 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte,<strong> Figueruelas sumar\u00e1 a su carga de trabajo un nuevo SUV el\u00e9ctrico de Opel del segmento C<\/strong>, previsto para 2028. Este modelo se producir\u00e1 en colaboraci\u00f3n con Leapmotor y convivir\u00e1 en la planta aragonesa con el Leapmotor B10, cuya fabricaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 prevista para comenzar en el segundo semestre de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto se enmarca en la estrategia de <strong>Stellantis<\/strong> para acelerar el lanzamiento de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos en Europa y reducir costes de producci\u00f3n mediante la colaboraci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica con <strong>Leapmotor.<\/strong> La compa\u00f1\u00eda tambi\u00e9n vincula este impulso industrial con el desarrollo de bater\u00edas en Espa\u00f1a, despu\u00e9s de anunciar junto a CATL una inversi\u00f3n de 4.100 millones de euros para una gigafactor\u00eda en Zaragoza.<\/p>\n<p>Con estos planes, <strong>Stellantis refuerza el peso de sus centros espa\u00f1oles en el mapa europeo del autom\u00f3vil el\u00e9ctrico.<\/strong> Madrid gana estabilidad industrial con la llegada de Leapmotor, mientras que Zaragoza se consolida como
