{"id":240467,"date":"2026-05-13T11:17:29","date_gmt":"2026-05-13T09:17:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/?p=240467"},"modified":"2026-05-13T17:02:14","modified_gmt":"2026-05-13T15:02:14","slug":"wpp-toby-jenner-philip-heimann-crecimiento-global","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/?p=240467","title":{"rendered":"WPP promociona a Toby Jenner y Philip Heimann para impulsar su crecimiento global"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>WPP ha nombrado a Toby Jenner y Philip Heimann como <em>global presidents of client growth<\/em>, dos cargos de nueva creaci\u00f3n con los que el grupo busca reforzar su estrategia comercial y avanzar hacia un modelo m\u00e1s integrado de relaci\u00f3n con los clientes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ambos directivos reportar\u00e1n a <strong>Devika Bulchandani<\/strong>, <em>chief operating officer<\/em> de WPP, y se incorporar\u00e1n al comit\u00e9 ejecutivo de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, seg\u00fan ha adelantado medios del sector.<\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n se produce en un momento de reorganizaci\u00f3n interna para el grupo, que bajo el liderazgo de <strong>Cindy Rose<\/strong>, consejera delegada de WPP, ha situado la integraci\u00f3n, los datos y la inteligencia artificial en el centro de su hoja de ruta. En la presentaci\u00f3n del plan estrat\u00e9gico global Elevate28, la compa\u00f1\u00eda explic\u00f3 que su objetivo es <strong>evolucionar desde una estructura de holding hacia una organizaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s unificada<\/strong>, articulada en torno a cuatro unidades operativas: <strong>WPP Media, WPP Creative, WPP Production y WPP Enterprise Solutions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Toby Jenner<\/strong> accede al nuevo cargo desde <strong>WPP Media<\/strong>, donde ocupaba la posici\u00f3n de <em>global chief business officer<\/em>. En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, el directivo ha tenido un papel relevante en la construcci\u00f3n de la propuesta integrada de la divisi\u00f3n de medios y en la captaci\u00f3n de grandes cuentas internacionales.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, <strong>Philip Heimann<\/strong> llega procedente de <strong>Ogilvy<\/strong>, donde ejerc\u00eda como <em>global chief marketing and growth officer<\/em>. Durante sus m\u00e1s de 17 a\u00f1os en la agencia, contribuy\u00f3 al desarrollo de su motor de nuevo negocio y a la incorporaci\u00f3n de clientes como Verizon, Audi, Kimberly-Clark, Kenvue, Henkel, Absolut y SC Johnson.<\/p>\n<p>Jenner y Heimann liderar\u00e1n la funci\u00f3n de crecimiento de WPP con el objetivo de <strong>mantener a la organizaci\u00f3n \u201chambrienta de ganar\u201d<\/strong> y de hacerlo de forma m\u00e1s coordinada. La directiva destac\u00f3 adem\u00e1s el car\u00e1cter complementario de ambos perfiles y su orientaci\u00f3n al cliente como elementos clave para la nueva etapa del grupo.<\/p>\n<p>No ha sido el \u00fanico movimiento, esta semana <strong>Michael Houston<\/strong>, presidente de WPP en Estados Unidos, dejaba su cargo y pasar\u00eda a ocupar una posici\u00f3n de asesor s\u00e9nior del holding, seg\u00fan la CEO global, que ha definido la salida de la presidencia como una \u201cnatural y planificada\u201d dentro del nuevo modelo operativo del grupo.<\/p>\n<blockquote
