La directiva se encargar\u00e1 de poner en marcha iniciativas orientadas a la innovaci\u00f3n y la eficiencia con el objetivo de transformar la oferta integrada de WPP para sus clientes y desarrollar soluciones \u00e1giles, centradas en resultados y orientadas al crecimiento medible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ejecutiva tambi\u00e9n lidera la transformaci\u00f3n organizativa del grupo y trabajar\u00e1 junto a los equipos de producto y tecnolog\u00eda corporativa para aprovechar la inteligencia artificial, la tecnolog\u00eda y los datos en la creaci\u00f3n de nuevas capacidades y en la mejora de las operaciones.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, colaborar\u00e1 con el \u00e1rea de personas para situar la cultura como una palanca estrat\u00e9gica del cambio e impulsar nuevas formas de trabajo en la organizaci\u00f3n, informan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCumplir con nuestra estrategia Elevate28 exige transformar de forma profunda c\u00f3mo operamos y c\u00f3mo nos presentamos ante los clientes. Entre ellas figuran la definici\u00f3n del modelo operativo One ELC y la transformaci\u00f3n de las capacidades de marketing corporativo, datos y anal\u00edtica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n ha liderado la reorganizaci\u00f3n de los equipos de Enterprise Technology y ha formado parte del grupo de trabajo de inteligencia artificial de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, con responsabilidad sobre la estrategia, la implantaci\u00f3n y la adopci\u00f3n de herramientas, as\u00ed como sobre la obtenci\u00f3n de valor para el negocio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antes de esta etapa, Choueiri ocup\u00f3 puestos de responsabilidad en consultoras como Accenture, Masa\u00ef, firma surgida de Bain &amp; Co y Kearney.
