El nuevo spot ha sido desarrollado por la agencia creativa PS21.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bajo el concepto<strong> \u00abMovistar, la red m\u00e1s segura\u00bb<\/strong>, la compa\u00f1\u00eda telef\u00f3nica traslada al usuario a su nuevo est\u00e1ndar basado en proteger a sus clientes sin que sean ellos los que tengan que bloquear ning\u00fan n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono il\u00edcito. En esta tarea, <strong>ya ha bloqueado m\u00e1s de 190 millones de llamadas fraudulentas<\/strong> a sus clientes, lo que se traduce en el 97% del total interceptado en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, <strong>Movistar logra detectar llamadas sospechosas antes de descolgar, hecho que refuerza el control del usuario sobre sus comunicaciones.<\/strong> Para dar visibilidad a esta acci\u00f3n, la compa\u00f1\u00eda refleja dos piezas audiovisuales que muestran la seguridad de su red y est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para dotar al cliente de mayor autonom\u00eda y permitirle decidir qu\u00e9 nivel de protecci\u00f3n prefiere.<\/p>\n<p>En la primera pieza de la campa\u00f1a, ambientada en un vag\u00f3n de metro,\u00a0 las llamadas spam cobran vida con una multitud de teleoperadores que rodean a la protagonista. <strong>La red interviene a trav\u00e9s de empleados reales del \u00e1rea de Seguridad de Movistar<\/strong> quienes, identificados por su vestimenta azul a modo de \u2018guardianes\u2019, act\u00faan con precisi\u00f3n para identificar y neutralizar las amenazas, devolviendo la normalidad a la escena.<\/p>\n<p>La locuci\u00f3n subraya la funcionalidad: <strong>\u2018Somos el \u00fanico operador que identifica las llamadas spam y te da la opci\u00f3n de bloquearlas para siempre\u2019.<\/strong> La segunda pieza traslada la acci\u00f3n a un entorno dom\u00e9stico. Mientras una mujer lee en su sal\u00f3n, ajena a lo que est\u00e1 sucediendo, nuevamente los \u201cguardianes\u201d interceptan de forma preventiva las posibles llamadas fraudulentas para que no lleguen a sonar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La escena pone en valor la capacidad de la red de Movistar para actuar de manera autom\u00e1tica<\/strong> y bloquear llamadas fraudulentas antes de que lleguen, reforzando as\u00ed la protecci\u00f3n frente a este tipo de fraudes. El lanzamiento comenz\u00f3 el 1 de abril con una lona teaser en Plaza de Castilla (Madrid) bajo el mensaje \u201cVuelve a contestar \u00bfS\u00ed?\u2019\u2019, que se desvel\u00f3 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s con la firma de la marca.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, la campa\u00f1a tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de cinco semanas y contar\u00e1 con un despliegue multicanal en televisi\u00f3n, radio, exterior, punto de venta, prensa y digital con piezas de 45\u201d, 30\u201d y 10\u201d, producidas por Harry.
