En esta primera fase, la compa\u00f1\u00eda incorpora a Florian Fellner como nuevo <em>head of marketing and communications.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"459\" data-end=\"800\">Fellner cuenta con cerca de tres d\u00e9cadas de trayectoria profesional, estrechamente vinculada al sector del autom\u00f3vil. M\u00e1s de la mitad de su carrera la desarroll\u00f3 en <strong data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"631\">Kia<\/strong>, <strong>marca en la que ocupaba el cargo de <em>senior communication manager<\/em><\/strong>, liderando \u00e1reas como publicidad, gesti\u00f3n de medios, marketing digital, patrocinios y organizaci\u00f3n de eventos.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00abMe despido con una Kia consolidada, referente en el sector y que ha llegado a liderar el mercado superando el 15% de cuota.<\/strong> M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los n\u00fameros, me llevo el orgullo de haber ayudado a construir una identidad y un prop\u00f3sito de marca s\u00f3lido\u00bb, declar\u00f3 Fellner hace un mes desde su cuenta de Linked<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En su trayectoria anterior a su paso por Kia, Fellner trabaj\u00f3 en\u00a0 <strong data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"860\">Mitsubishi Motors<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"882\">MMC Autom\u00f3viles<\/strong>, donde desempe\u00f1\u00f3 diferentes funciones de responsabilidad vinculadas al \u00e1mbito del CRM. En su nuevo puesto, Fellner ser\u00e1 el encargado de definir el <strong data-start=\"1031\" data-end=\"1071\">posicionamiento estrat\u00e9gico de Lepas<\/strong> y dise\u00f1ar su plan de comunicaci\u00f3n integral, que incluir\u00e1 publicidad, patrocinios, relaciones p\u00fablicas y eventos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, asumir\u00e1 la coordinaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica con el resto de marcas del grupo en Espa\u00f1a.<strong> El objetivo ser\u00e1 consolidar la nueva ense\u00f1a siguiendo la senda marcada por otras marcas de Chery<\/strong> como <strong data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1394\">Omoda y Jaecoo<\/strong>, que lograron superar las 10.000 unidades vendidas en su primer a\u00f1o en el mercado espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n<h2>Nueva etapa para la marca con Espa\u00f1a como primer mercado europeo<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1487\" data-end=\"1828\">Seg\u00fan se\u00f1ala el propio directivo en su perfil de LinkedIn, formar parte del Grupo Chery \u2014junto a marcas como Omoda &amp; Jaecoo Espa\u00f1a y Ebro\u2014 representa \u201cun orgullo\u201d, aunque destaca que<strong> liderar el lanzamiento de Lepas tiene un componente especial debido a que Espa\u00f1a ha sido elegida como el primer mercado europeo<\/strong> para su comercializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1830\" data-end=\"2162\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">En esta etapa inicial, Fellner prev\u00e9 liderar un equipo de entre <strong data-start=\"1894\" data-end=\"1943\">tres y cinco profesionales multidisciplinares<\/strong>.
