Con m\u00e1s de 35 a\u00f1os de trayectoria en el sector, <strong>Galobart ha liderado proyectos clave en el \u00e1mbito nacional e internacional. Fue el socio m\u00e1s joven en la historia de CBRE, compa\u00f1\u00eda en la que ocup\u00f3 cargos como vicepresidente en Espa\u00f1a y senior executive managing director para la regi\u00f3n EMEA<\/strong>, dirigiendo equipos en m\u00e1s de 20 pa\u00edses y gestionando un volumen de actividad superior a los 800 millones de euros.<\/p>\n<p>Durante su carrera, ha impulsado procesos de transformaci\u00f3n y profesionalizaci\u00f3n en el real estate, y ahora <strong>se propone \u201creinventar la forma en que el marketing y la comunicaci\u00f3n se desarrollan dentro del sector inmobiliario\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Demanda creciente<\/h3>\n<p>Spark Makers nace como <strong>respuesta a una demanda creciente de servicios especializados en promoci\u00f3n, comunicaci\u00f3n, dise\u00f1o, branding y eventos en el \u00e1mbito inmobiliario<\/strong>. La firma trabajar\u00e1 con promotores, inversores, operadores y propietarios en la comercializaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de activos residenciales, oficinas, retail, hoteles, industrial, log\u00edstico y data centers.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cSomos profesionales del real estate impulsando el marketing como palanca de negocio, y no profesionales del marketing intentando entender el real estate\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La nueva consultora no parte de cero. <strong>Supone la evoluci\u00f3n natural de una iniciativa de <em>property marketing<\/em> liderada por Galobart hace m\u00e1s de seis a\u00f1os, desde la que se han ejecutado m\u00e1s de 300 proyectos en ocho pa\u00edses, sumando m\u00e1s de dos millones de metros cuadrados<\/strong>.
