Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 Chardon, <strong>la creaci\u00f3n de esta direcci\u00f3n responde a la necesidad de reforzar la proximidad con el cliente<\/strong> y apoyar a las redes comerciales para responder mejor a sus expectativas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"303\" data-end=\"695\">El directivo destac\u00f3 la trayectoria de Fenninger dentro del Grupo, as\u00ed como sus capacidades de colaboraci\u00f3n y su enfoque centrado en el cliente. <strong>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que situar esta funci\u00f3n bajo su responsabilidad directa reafirma el papel central de la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente<\/strong> en Citro\u00ebn y enlaza con iniciativas ya desplegadas, como la garant\u00eda de ocho a\u00f1os implantada en todos sus modelos en Europa desde comienzos de a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1607\">Por su parte, <strong>Anne Fenninger manifest\u00f3 su entusiasmo por incorporarse al equipo de Citro\u00ebn<\/strong> y contribuir a la mejora de la experiencia de cliente. La directiva asegur\u00f3 que pondr\u00e1 sus habilidades de colaboraci\u00f3n y resoluci\u00f3n de problemas al servicio de la fidelidad de los clientes y del \u00e9xito de la marca.<\/p>\n<p
