Representa, recuerdan desde la organizaci\u00f3n, una puerta directa al mercado laboral.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLos j\u00f3venes son el futuro del club, estos encuentros inter-generacionales y en contacto con agencias reales dan de verdad vida al club. Un club vivo y en movimiento\u201d, ha destacado <strong>Pepa Rojo,<\/strong> presidenta del<strong> c de c.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLo m\u00e1s emocionante del Tour es ver c\u00f3mo cada a\u00f1o aparecen nuevos talentos con ganas, compromiso y una mirada fresca. Para muchos, este programa es el primer paso de una carrera brillante, y para nosotros es un orgullo formar parte de ese comienzo\u201d, ha se\u00f1alado <strong>Curro Palma<\/strong>, director general de <strong>c de c<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los alumnos seleccionados acceder\u00e1n a una formaci\u00f3n completamente gratuita que combina sesiones con profesionales destacados, un tour con briefings reales en grandes agencias y la posibilidad de realizar pr\u00e1cticas reguladas y remuneradas en las mismas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un jurado formado por socios profesionales del club, miembros de la Junta Directiva y perfiles creativos de las agencias participantes <strong>seleccionar\u00e1 a un m\u00e1ximo de 30 alumnos<\/strong>, tras evaluar un <strong>v\u00eddeo de 120 segundos que da respuesta al briefing planteado por Fundaci\u00f3n AM\u00c1S<\/strong>.
