La firma colabora con fondos de inversi\u00f3n y con las compa\u00f1\u00edas en las que estos participan, asesorando en estrategia de marca como parte de la creaci\u00f3n de valor de negocio. Su modelo integra consultor\u00eda de marca, ejecuci\u00f3n creativa y soluciones basadas en inteligencia artificial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En declaraciones difundidas por la compa\u00f1\u00eda, Lubar explica que su salida de DDB responde al deseo de asumir un reto distinto, con una relaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s estrecha con equipos directivos senior \u2014a nivel de consejeros delegados y consejos de administraci\u00f3n\u2014 que la que habitualmente ofrece el trabajo en agencias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para Fundamentalco, la llegada del directivo supone un paso adicional en su objetivo de escalar su propuesta integrada. La trayectoria de Lubar en puestos de responsabilidad en redes globales se considera un activo para consolidar esta estrategia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La salida del ejecutivo se produce tras una trayectoria ascendente dentro de DDB. Lubar se incorpor\u00f3 a la red a finales de 2022 como presidente y director de operaciones, despu\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada en McCann Worldgroup, donde ocup\u00f3 cargos como presidente de McCann North America y consejero delegado de McCann London.
