Despu\u00e9s de que el diario londinense The Times informara de que Havas y WPP se encontrar\u00edan en conversaciones para la adquisici\u00f3n de una parte minoritaria de la segunda por parte de la primera<\/a>, el CEO de Havas, Yannick Bollor\u00e9, ha negado dichas conversaciones, asegurando que de momento no hay intenci\u00f3n de llevar a cabo una operaci\u00f3n grande de fusiones y adquisiciones (M&A).\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

En un comunicado enviado a sus empleados, Bollor\u00e9 ha comunicado que el grupo \u201cno est\u00e1 en discusiones\u201d con WPP, recordando que aunque es posible que a medio plazo se den operaciones de adquisici\u00f3n m\u00e1s grandes \u201calineadas con nuestra estrategia\u201d, de momento no es el caso.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

S\u00ed lo es que, en esta estrategia de crecimiento inorg\u00e1nico, se contemple el cierre de acuerdos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os<\/strong>, ha informado.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan ha explicado el CEO de Havas, que haya lanzado un comunicado se debe a las preguntas que hab\u00eda suscitado la noticia de un posible acuerdo con el grupo brit\u00e1nico entre empleados y clientes.<\/strong> \u201cEs nuestra pol\u00edtica no comentar sobre rumores de mercado, sin embargo\u2026 Queremos aclarar que no estamos en discusiones con WPP\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ha aprovechado la misiva para recordar los resultados positivos a nivel org\u00e1nico que est\u00e1 logrando la compa\u00f1\u00eda – un crecimiento del 3,8% en el tercer trimestre-, y el despliegue de la estrategia Converged.AI, centrada en el despliegue de la inteligencia artificial en el grupo y para sus clientes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
