El nuevo espacio albergar\u00e1 a cerca de 4.000 profesionales procedentes de 21 agencias del grupo en un entorno dise\u00f1ado para favorecer la colaboraci\u00f3n, la creatividad y la innovaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con una superficie de 39.000 metros cuadrados dentro de un complejo de 57.000, el Campus S\u00e3o Paulo ofrece una infraestructura adaptada al trabajo contempor\u00e1neo e integrada con la comunidad local. El proyecto ha sido dise\u00f1ado por el arquitecto Gustavo Utrabo, y refleja la dualidad del \u00e1rea en la que se encuentra, caracterizada por la mezcla de lo industrial y lo artesanal. Los muros de hormig\u00f3n moldeado a mano, los jardines con especies nativas y una cortina met\u00e1lica perforada que envuelve el edificio contribuyen a crear una experiencia que conecta interior y exterior, ciudad y naturaleza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la inauguraci\u00f3n, <strong>Cindy Rose<\/strong>, consejera delegada de <strong>WPP<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 el valor estrat\u00e9gico del proyecto: \u201cBrasil es uno de los mercados m\u00e1s din\u00e1micos y creativos del mundo, y el WPP S\u00e3o Paulo Campus es un s\u00edmbolo de nuestro compromiso con el pa\u00eds. Est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para ser un espacio abierto e inspirador, donde nuestros equipos, clientes y socios puedan reunirse para aprender, crear y fomentar el crecimiento impulsado por la inteligencia artificial\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por su parte, <strong>Stefano Zunino<\/strong>, <em>country manager<\/em> de <strong>WPP Brasil<\/strong>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el nuevo campus representa la visi\u00f3n de futuro de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en el pa\u00eds: \u201cTrasciende el concepto de oficina para convertirse en un ecosistema vibrante para los mejores talentos del sector. Al reunir a nuestras agencias bajo un mismo techo en un entorno que promueve el bienestar, estamos mejor preparados para ofrecer la transformaci\u00f3n creativa que nuestros clientes buscan\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El edificio cuenta con certificaci\u00f3n LEED Gold, que acredita su eficiencia en agua y energ\u00eda, y con la certificaci\u00f3n Fitwel, centrada en la salud y la calidad de vida de sus ocupantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La apertura del campus de S\u00e3o Paulo se enmarca en la estrategia global de WPP, que prev\u00e9 contar con m\u00e1s de 65 campus operativos en todo el mundo a finales de 2025.
