El reconocimiento se entreg\u00f3 el pasado 4 de noviembre en Castell\u00f3n, durante la XIV edici\u00f3n de los galardones, en una gala que reuni\u00f3 a las principales figuras del sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"572\" data-end=\"898\">El premio fue entregado a <strong data-start=\"600\" data-end=\"623\">Juan Antonio Medina<\/strong>, chef ejecutivo global de <strong>Tatel<\/strong>, y llega en un momento especialmente simb\u00f3lico para la compa\u00f1\u00eda, que celebra su <strong data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"758\">d\u00e9cimo aniversario<\/strong> consolidando una d\u00e9cada marcada por la expansi\u00f3n de su modelo y por su aportaci\u00f3n a la proyecci\u00f3n internacional de la gastronom\u00eda espa\u00f1ola.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"1385\">Fundado en 2014 por <strong data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"945\">Manuel Campos Guallar<\/strong> y el futbolista <strong data-start=\"962\" data-end=\"983\">Cristiano Ronaldo<\/strong>, y perteneciente a la divisi\u00f3n de Hospitality de <strong data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1050\">Mabel Capital<\/strong>, <strong>Tatel ha logrado posicionarse gracias a una propuesta que combina gastronom\u00eda de calidad, m\u00fasica en vivo y cocteler\u00eda de autor.<\/strong> Su concepto ha traspasado fronteras con presencia en <strong data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1301\">Madrid, Ibiza, Dub\u00e1i, Riyadh y Valencia<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de nuevos proyectos en desarrollo que ampliar\u00e1n su presencia
