demanda a Meta por copyright"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Entrepreneur Media LLC, editora de la revista Emprendedores, ha presentado una demanda contra Meta por haber empleado su contenido para el entrenamiento de su modelo grande de lenguaje (LLM) Llama sin haber compensado a la compa\u00f1\u00eda por el uso de material con copyright.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan ha informado Reuters, en la demanda presentada la firma estadounidense afirma que la Big Tech \u201cha robado de forma deliberada y dolosa cientos de terabytes de trabajos con copyright para entrenar su familia de LLMs\u201d, a\u00f1adiendo que esta \u00faltima ha invertido millones de d\u00f3lares en desarrollar su modelo, \u201cpero no en pagar a Emprendedores por usar su contenido\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La metodolog\u00eda empleada, aseguran, ha sido el uso de p\u00e1ginas torrent como BitTorrent o LibTorrent para descargar y redistribuir el contenido protegido de la revista econ\u00f3mica en bibliotecas ocultas como LibGen. \u201cAl usar estos protocolos, Meta no solo reproduc\u00eda el trabajo de Emprendedores, sino tambi\u00e9n los distribu\u00eda de forma autom\u00e1tica a otros usuarios de la red, agravando la infracci\u00f3n y facilitando la pirater\u00eda global\u201d, escriben.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meta tambi\u00e9n habr\u00eda desarrollado y desplegado software dise\u00f1ado para procesar libros piratas que sirvieran para entrenar su modelo, incluyendo la funci\u00f3n de retirar la informaci\u00f3n de gesti\u00f3n de copyright como los metadatos o los identificadores de autor, para ocultar la infracci\u00f3n, asegura en la demanda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde la firma editora recuerdan que la compa\u00f1\u00eda que dirige Mark Zuckerberg ha suscrito acuerdos de licencia para el entrenamiento de sus modelos de IA generativa con Reuters, Shutterstock y Universal Music;
