Bajo la direcci\u00f3n de Arbeloa, se trabajar\u00e1 para fortalecer la colaboraci\u00f3n transversal, identificar oportunidades de mercado y aprovechar la complementariedad de las marcas y estrategias comerciales en todos los pa\u00edses donde opera Mahou San Miguel.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1660\">Dentro de esta reorganizaci\u00f3n,\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1293\">Miguel \u00c1ngel Miguel<\/strong>\u00a0asumir\u00e1 la direcci\u00f3n general de la\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1329\" data-end=\"1357\">unidad de negocio Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>, tras haber ejercido como subdirector. Su misi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 consolidar el liderazgo de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en el mercado nacional. Desde su incorporaci\u00f3n en 2009, ha estado al frente de \u00e1reas clave como\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1547\" data-end=\"1620\">Log\u00edstica, Distribuci\u00f3n Propia, Servicios Log\u00edsticos y Transformaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, liderando proyectos de alto impacto.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1660\">Por su parte,\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1722\">Peio Arbeloa<\/strong>\u00a0cuenta con una s\u00f3lida experiencia en el sector de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1773\" data-end=\"1799\">Alimentaci\u00f3n y Bebidas<\/strong>, tras su paso por\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"1846\">PepsiCo, Findus y Nestl\u00e9<\/strong>. Se uni\u00f3 a Mahou San Miguel en 2011 como director de la unidad de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1913\" data-end=\"1933\">Agua y Refrescos<\/strong>, y desde 2015 ha estado al frente de la\u00a0<strong
