{"id":220447,"date":"2025-05-22T13:06:19","date_gmt":"2025-05-22T11:06:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/?p=220447"},"modified":"2025-05-22T17:32:34","modified_gmt":"2025-05-22T15:32:34","slug":"temu-se-alia-con-la-iacc-para-combatir-la-falsificacion-online","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/?p=220447","title":{"rendered":"Temu se al\u00eda con la IACC para combatir la falsificaci\u00f3n online"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"457\" data-end=\"756\"><strong>Temu, la plataforma de comercio electr\u00f3nico, ha firmado un acuerdo con la Coalici\u00f3n Internacional Antifalsificaciones (IACC), con el objetivo de intensificar sus esfuerzos en la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de propiedad intelectual y la lucha contra la falsificaci\u00f3n online.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"1308\">La firma del acuerdo ha tenido lugar durante la Conferencia Anual 2025 de la IACC en San Diego (California), el 22 de mayo, donde Temu fue anunciada como miembro inaugural del reci\u00e9n creado Consejo Asesor del Mercado (MAC, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s). Este \u00f3rgano multisectorial, promovido por la IACC, re\u00fane a actores clave del ecosistema digital \u2013como marcas globales, plataformas de comercio electr\u00f3nico y proveedores de servicios de pago\u2013 con el prop\u00f3sito de establecer<strong> nuevas bases de colaboraci\u00f3n en la protecci\u00f3n del consumidor y la integridad de los productos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1567\">\u00abNos complace dar la bienvenida a Temu como socio clave en nuestra lucha contra la falsificaci\u00f3n\u00bb, destac\u00f3 Bob Barchiesi, presidente de la IACC. \u00abEste acuerdo representa un paso importante en nuestra colaboraci\u00f3n hacia un entorno m\u00e1s transparente y seguro\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1906\">El MAC ofrece una plataforma de colaboraci\u00f3n donde comercios electr\u00f3nicos, empresas de pago y propietarios de marcas pueden trabajar juntos, compartir conocimientos y forjar alianzas m\u00e1s s\u00f3lidas para abordar uno de los desaf\u00edos m\u00e1s persistentes de la econom\u00eda digital: la proliferaci\u00f3n de productos falsificados.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1908\" data-end=\"2076\">Junto a Temu, <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0el Consejo Asesor del Mercado de la IACC\u00a0 tambi\u00e9n <\/span>cuenta con la participaci\u00f3n <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de plataformas de comercio electr\u00f3nico como<strong> Amazon y eBay<\/strong>; proveedores de servicios de pago como <strong>Mastercard, PayPal y Visa<\/strong>; adem\u00e1s de marcas internacionales entre las que
