Y, por \u00faltimo, la compa\u00f1\u00eda modifica sus estatutos legales para que las decisiones tengan en cuenta a todos los grupos de inter\u00e9s, no solo a los accionistas.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">La puntuaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima requerida para convertirse en empresa B Corp es de 80 puntos.\u00a0<strong>Ilunion Hotels\u00a0<\/strong>ha superado ampliamente este umbral, alcanzando una\u00a0puntuaci\u00f3n general de 140.1 puntos.\u00a0Con una\u00a0estrategia empresarial basada en las personas\u00a0\u2013y<strong> una plantilla compuesta en m\u00e1s del 60% por personas con discapacidad o en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad<\/strong>\u2013 el an\u00e1lisis ha destacado positivamente la capacidad de la hotelera por promover el desarrollo laboral de su equipo.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Tambi\u00e9n se ha reconocido el impacto positivo que genera entre sus grupos de inter\u00e9s.
