Su pasi\u00f3n por las finanzas y el marketing le ha llevado a formarse en diferentes sedes dentro de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Roa estuvo varios a\u00f1os en Reino Unido como<strong><em> brand manage<\/em>r de<\/strong> <strong>Picadura<\/strong> y director de marketing, desde donde se traslad\u00f3 a Suiza y permaneci\u00f3 durante casi cinco a\u00f1os ocupando puestos como director de la <strong>Regi\u00f3n de Europa Occidental de Investigaci\u00f3n de Consumidores<\/strong> y vicepresidente de Inteligencia Estrat\u00e9gica.<\/p>\n<p>Los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os antes de volver a Espa\u00f1a los ha pasado en Jap\u00f3n como director de marketing y ventas, con sede en Tokio. All\u00ed ha ayudado a implementar la agenda de integraci\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, as\u00ed como a construir el \u00e9xito comercial de <strong>Ploom<\/strong>, el dispositivo de tabaco calentado de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, y <strong>el porfolio de productos de potencial de riesgo reducido en el mercado japon\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cTener la oportunidad de volver de nuevo a Espa\u00f1a me hace mucha ilusi\u00f3n\u201d,\u00a0se\u00f1ala Roa.\u00a0\u201cLos m\u00e1s de 25 a\u00f1os que llevo trabajando en la compa\u00f1\u00eda me han dado una experiencia muy amplia y
