Coincidiendo con su salida, la empresa ha apostado por reorganizar estas \u00e1reas y reforzarlas dot\u00e1ndolas con una direcci\u00f3n propia para abordar los nuevos retos.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ese sentido, Alberto Vega ha sido nombrado el nuevo director de comunicaci\u00f3n corporativa y relaciones institucionales de Nestl\u00e9 Espa\u00f1a, mientras que Elisa Riboldi, la nueva directora de marketing de la compa\u00f1\u00eda para Espa\u00f1a y Portugal.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Alberto Vega <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">es ingeniero agr\u00f3nomo de formaci\u00f3n y, despu\u00e9s de dirigir varias f\u00e1bricas de Nestl\u00e9 en Espa\u00f1a, estaba al frente de las relaciones institucionales de la compa\u00f1\u00eda. Vega llega al cargo en un momento de nuevos retos en Nestl\u00e9 y sus negocios, que est\u00e1n volcados en la<\/span><b> transici\u00f3n hacia una alimentaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s sostenible<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y est\u00e1 implementando numerosas iniciativas en toda la cadena de valor para lograrlo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por su parte, <\/span><b>Elisa Riboldi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se uni\u00f3 a Nestl\u00e9 en 2015 como consultora interna en el innovation acceleration team y, posteriormente, fue nombrada directora del negocio de Nutrici\u00f3n Infantil y L\u00e1cteos en Portugal. Previamente a su etapa en Nestl\u00e9, Elisa ocup\u00f3 el cargo de directora de marketing en empresas como Procter &amp; Gamble y Kellogg\u2019s.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La compa\u00f1\u00eda est\u00e1 en un proceso de transformaci\u00f3n de la organizaci\u00f3n de marketing, a la que est\u00e1 incorporando<\/span><b> m\u00e1s capacidades digitales e implementando herramientas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que permitan tomar decisiones basadas en datos, para ser m\u00e1s eficientes y efectivos en un entorno centrado en el retorno de la inversi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNuestra misi\u00f3n es entusiasmar a los consumidores, poniendo sus necesidades en el centro de nuestras decisiones. Por eso, <\/span><b>estamos evolucionando la forma en la que creamos las campa\u00f1as con un mayor enfoque en innovaci\u00f3n y creatividad,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para ser m\u00e1s
