Amazon identific\u00f3, incaut\u00f3 y elimin\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 7 millones de productos falsificados en todo el mundo durante el a\u00f1o pasado, lo que supone un mill\u00f3n m\u00e1s que en 2022, seg\u00fan datos de la IV edici\u00f3n del informe <\/b>Protecci\u00f3n de Marca<\/i><\/b> del marketplace norteamericano.<\/b><\/p>\n

La compa\u00f1\u00eda detuvo m\u00e1s de 700.000 intentos<\/strong> de crear nuevas cuentas de vendedor fraudulentas, antes de que estos perfiles falsos pusieran alg\u00fan producto a la venta. Frente a los datos de 2020, con 6 millones de intentos de crear cuentas falsas, la cifra de 2023 refleja una importante reducci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Para lograr estos objetivos, el marketplace ha invertido <\/span>m\u00e1s de 1.200 millones de d\u00f3lares <\/b>(unos 1.100 millones de euros) <\/span>y ha empleado a 15.000 personas<\/b>, con perfiles expertos en machine learning, desarrolladores de software e investigadores especializados, entre otros, con el objetivo de proteger a consumidores, marcas, vendedores u otras tiendas de los feau\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Desde 2020, se ha detectado <\/span>una ca\u00edda del 30% en el total de reclamaciones<\/b> de infracci\u00f3n v\u00e1lidas presentadas por las marcas, a pesar de que ha aumentado el n\u00famero de productos disponibles en el marketplace.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
