Como parte de este proyecto, la compa\u00f1\u00eda despedir\u00e1 a 7.500 personas en todo el mundo (de un total de 127.000) y separ\u00e1 el negocio de Helados.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se espera que este programa de productividad o de crecimiento, que afectar\u00e1 a 7.500 trabajadores,\u00a0<strong>genere un ahorro de costes de unos 800 millones de euros.<\/strong>\u00a0En Espa\u00f1a, el grupo cuenta con 650 trabajadores. Los recortes previstos se llevar\u00e1n a cabo en oficias del grupo, a partir de un programa de reestructuraci\u00f3n que crear\u00e1 el nuevo consejero delegado, Hein Shumacher.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLa junta considera que Unilever deber\u00eda centrarse cada vez m\u00e1s en una cartera de marcas indiscutiblemente superiores con posiciones s\u00f3lidas\u00bb, ha expuesto el gigante brit\u00e1nico.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Negocio independiente: Helados\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La compa\u00f1\u00eda ha explicado que el negocio de helados, propietario de marcas como<strong>\u00a0Magnum, Ben &amp; Jerry\u00b4s o Cornetto,<\/strong>\u00a0tiene un modelo operativo muy diferente y, como resultado de ello, se ha decidido que la segregaci\u00f3n servir\u00e1 para el crecimiento futuro de esta divisi\u00f3n de helados (Ice Cream) como del propio Unilever.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00fan no se ha conoce los detalles de la separaci\u00f3n, aunque han comunicado que esta decisi\u00f3n es\u00a0<strong>\u00abla ruta m\u00e1s probable\u00bb,<\/strong>\u00a0aunque tambi\u00e9n se estudian otras opciones para maximizar la rentabilidad para los accionistas.\u00a0<strong>El proceso de separaci\u00f3n comienza ya y espera que se complete para finales de 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como negocio independiente, Ice Cream, tendr\u00e1 m\u00e1s flexibilidad operativa y financiera para hacer crecer su actividad, ha indicado Unilever. El a\u00f1o pasado, las marcas de esta divisi\u00f3n gneraron una facturaci\u00f3n de 7.900 millones de euros.<\/p>\n<p>Tras la separaci\u00f3n, Unilever operar\u00e1 cuatro grupos empresariales: Belleza y Bienestar, Cuidado Personal, Cuidado del Hogar y Nutrici\u00f3n, con rutas complementarias de acceso al mercado y sistemas de I+D, fabricaci\u00f3n y
