No obstante, el acusado fue condenado a tres a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y a pagar una multa de 25.000 d\u00f3lares. As\u00ed mismo, el culpable perder\u00e1 los ingresos obtenidos por la venta de productos falsificados y el inventario de estos productos ser\u00e1 destruido.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, y con el fin de combatir las falsificaciones, <strong>Amazon<\/strong> mejora la herramienta <strong><em>Transparency<\/em><\/strong>, la misma que elimina las falsificaciones de manera efectiva. En efecto, la interoperabilidad permitir\u00e1 a las marcas que ya tienen implementados sistemas de serializaci\u00f3n en sus propios productos o embalajes, hasta beneficiarse de las protecciones que ofrece la herramienta de una manera m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil, r\u00e1pida y sin necesidad de introducir cambios en sus procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n y embalaje. Esto reduce el tiempo de registro y evita complejidades operativas adicionales.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, <strong>Amazon<\/strong> permite que se puedan rastrear lotes espec\u00edficos, detectar problemas en las cadenas de suministros, as\u00ed como proporcionar a los clientes informaci\u00f3n adicional despu\u00e9s del proceso de compra. Por ello, las nuevas caracter\u00edsticas de interoperabilidad de <strong>Transparency<\/strong> se han probado como marcas como <strong>Belkin, Logitech y Samsumg<\/strong> y est\u00e1n disponibles para implementarse en otras marcas que ofrecen productos en Amazon. Esta disponibilidad est\u00e1 en vigor en pa\u00edses como Australia, Canad\u00e1, Francia, Alemania, Italia, Espa\u00f1a, Reino Unido y Estados Unidos.
