All\u00ed <strong>140 asistentes de distintas marcas y 100 participantes por streaming<\/strong> estuvieron pendientes de qui\u00e9nes ser\u00edan los ganadores de este a\u00f1o. El evento, convertido en uno de los principales puntos de encuentro del sector del eCommerce en Espa\u00f1a en el que tambi\u00e9n destacan perfiles digitales, otorg\u00f3 el premio al <strong>\u00abMejor Ecommerce de 2023\u00bb a Clicars.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEs el tercer a\u00f1o que estamos nominados, as\u00ed que es un placer recibir este premio. Nuestra estrategia consiste en adaptarnos a lo que el cliente necesita, si hay errores cambiarlos y ofrecer la mejor experiencia al cliente posible y mejorar el proceso continuamente\u201d, manifest\u00f3 \u00a0<strong>Karina S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, <em>brand &amp; communication manager<\/em> de <strong>Clicars.\u00a0<\/strong>No obstante, en el marco de una ceremonia en la que se presentaron 175 proyectos nacionales e internacionales, hab\u00eda 12 categor\u00edas que compon\u00edan la totalidad de los premios. El premio a\u00a0 <strong>mejor campa\u00f1a de marketing fue destinado a Casa del libro<\/strong> con su campa\u00f1a \u00ab100 a\u00f1os leyendo juntos\u00bb. En la categor\u00eda <strong>mejor estrategia de fidelizaci\u00f3n,<\/strong> <strong>Farmacia Barata<\/strong> obtuvo el premio al lograr establecer estrategias de fidelizaci\u00f3n con su programa de clientes VIP y recuperaci\u00f3n de clientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la categor\u00eda <strong>mejor integraci\u00f3n ominicanal<\/strong> ha sobresalido la compa\u00f1\u00eda de autobuses <strong>Alsa<\/strong> por tener soluciones de movilidad. El premio a <strong>mejor estrategia de internacionalizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> se lo llev\u00f3 <strong>Cecotec,<\/strong> compa\u00f1\u00eda de peque\u00f1os electrodom\u00e9sticos que con su marketplaces ha podido crear canales que han posibilitado la apertura de sucursales en pa\u00edses como Francia, Alemania, Italia, Polonia y M\u00e9xico. Por su parte, <strong>Arcos,<\/strong> empresa de menaje y \u00fatiles de cocina obtuvo el premio a <strong>mejor estrategia en marketplaces.<\/strong> Seguidamente, <strong>ManoMano<\/strong> fue premiado como <strong>mejor marketplace, Too Good To go,<\/strong> <strong>mejor ecommerce sostenible,<\/strong> <strong>Allzone como mejor rockie ecommerce , Klas Home como mejor challenguer ecommerce y Saigu Cosmetics como mejor smart ecommerce.<\/strong> Finalmente, <strong>V\u00edctor Ju\u00e1rez,<\/strong> CEO de Craftelier fue considerado el <strong>mejor directivo del
