Desde entonces han estado trabajando estrechamente impulsando el crecimiento de la empresa hasta llegar a promocionar. Mientras que Rasanayagam asumir\u00e1 el puesto m\u00e1s integral y se encargar\u00e1 de la alta direcci\u00f3n de todos los departamentos de la empresa, Fern\u00e1ndez se convertir\u00e1 en la m\u00e1xima direcci\u00f3n dentro del departamento de ventas. Bastian D\u00f6ring, viaja desde Alemania hasta Espa\u00f1a para apoyar a todo el equipo, apostando por el mercado y contribuyendo al crecimiento de ShowHeroes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jesline Rasanayagam<\/strong> tiene a sus espaldas una carrera internacional de m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os en empresas digitales, desde start ups hasta grandes organizaciones. Graduada por Rennes School of Business y con m\u00e1ster por el TEC de Monterrey, empez\u00f3 a desarrollar su trayectoria profesional en los departamentos de marketing de The Boston Consulting Group y de Warner Music Group en Francia. M\u00e1s tarde dio el salto a la industria publicitaria con su incorporaci\u00f3n a Ligatus en Francia. Desde el a\u00f1o 2018, su carrera continu\u00f3 en Espa\u00f1a pasando por varias empresas como Ligatus, Ogury, hasta llegar a ShowHeroes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sonia Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, a su vez, tiene m\u00e1s de 18 a\u00f1os de experiencia en el sector publicitario, concretamente con 14 a\u00f1os de experiencia en televisi\u00f3n convencional trabajando en empresas como Cuatro (Sogecable Media) y Atresmedia en el departamento de planificaci\u00f3n de medios. En el 2019 dio el salto al departamento comercial, ampliando sus conocimientos en publicidad digital en Ogury y posteriormente en ShowHeroes.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, <strong>Bastian D\u00f6ering<\/strong>, SVP EMEA &amp; Global Sales, se uni\u00f3 a ShowHeroes Alemania desde el inicio de la organizaci\u00f3n en 2016 y viaja desde Alemania hasta Espa\u00f1a para incorporarse al mercado espa\u00f1ol en el a\u00f1o 2023 y contribuir al crecimiento de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ShowHeroes, compa\u00f1\u00eda independiente de soluciones de v\u00eddeo digital para anunciantes y publishers, crece con nuevos ascensos dentro del equipo espa\u00f1ol y contin\u00faa apostando por su consolidaci\u00f3n en el mercado como tecnolog\u00eda cookieless contextual.
