{"id":175785,"date":"2023-07-05T12:16:48","date_gmt":"2023-07-05T10:16:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/?p=175785"},"modified":"2023-07-05T14:32:34","modified_gmt":"2023-07-05T12:32:34","slug":"grupo-mondadori-compra-adgage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/?p=175785","title":{"rendered":"Grupo Mondadori se hace con el 70% del capital de Adgage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>El grupo editorial italiano Mondadori, a trav\u00e9s de su agencia digital de publicidad y marketing m\u00f3vil AdKaora, ha adquirido el 70% del capital restante de Adgage, empresa espa\u00f1ola especializada en publicidad m\u00f3vil e in-game, en la que ya hab\u00eda entrado con un 30% en noviembre de 2021.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta operaci\u00f3n refuerza el hub de martech del grupo italiano, formado por AdKaora y Hej!, con el que persigue apoyar a las marcas en la consecuci\u00f3n de sus objetivos, a trav\u00e9s de un enfoque consultivo que combina la creatividad con las mejores soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas. Este hub ha dado al grupo resultados positivos. <strong>En 2022, los ingresos crecieron un 39% hasta los 25 millones de euros, y se espera un crecimiento similar para 2023.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCuando adquirimos el 30% de Adgage en 2021, dimos un orgulloso primer paso hacia la expansi\u00f3n de nuestros productos en el mercado exterior.
