La compa\u00f1\u00eda de Greentech, Camm Solutions, ha desarrollado un nuevo material 100% biodegradable, soluble en agua y que se descompone sin dejar residuos ni micropl\u00e1sticos. Llamado \u2018camm\u2019, este innovador material tiene las ventajas del pl\u00e1stico convencional pero es cien por cien sostenible.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Este material es <\/span>compostable, reciclable y libre de toxinas<\/b>, por lo que es apto para el contacto con alimentos. En combinaci\u00f3n con el papel, es duradero, resistente y una alternativa totalmente viable al pl\u00e1stico y los envases compuestos.<\/span><\/p>\n

F\u00e1cil reciclaje<\/b><\/h3>\n

Una de las principales ventajas del material camm combinado con papel es su <\/span>facilidad para reciclarlo<\/b> una vez ha terminado su ciclo de vida. El consumidor \u00fanicamente tiene que depositarlo en el contenedor de los residuos de cart\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

Una vez que llega a la planta de reciclaje, <\/span>este se descompone por completo agregando agua sobre \u00e9l<\/b>, quedando solo sus componentes b\u00e1sicos: ox\u00edgeno, carbono y biomasa. De esta forma, el material no deja rastro de sustancias nocivas y las fibras restantes del papel se vuelven a utilizar en su totalidad para la producci\u00f3n de papel nuevo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

El material es <\/span>apto para diferentes aplicaciones c<\/b>omo puede ser los productos moldeados por inyecci\u00f3n, bolsas de lavander\u00eda, almohadillas de aire para embalajes durante el transporte, cuencos, tazas y otros envases de alimentos compuestos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tras adquirir la empresa<\/b> valenciana Green Cycles<\/b> recientemente, Camm Solutions sigue impulsando su I+D para ofrecer una verdadera alternativa sostenible al mercado. Junto a ello, se han realizado grandes inversiones para mejorar las capacidades de producci\u00f3n de Camm Spain (anteriormente Green Cycles) llegando hasta las 1500 toneladas en 2023 y en 2024 entre 6000 y 8000 toneladas.
