{"id":171586,"date":"2023-04-18T12:28:31","date_gmt":"2023-04-18T10:28:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/?p=171586"},"modified":"2023-04-18T13:36:43","modified_gmt":"2023-04-18T11:36:43","slug":"ceo-google-recomienda-marco-regulatorio-global-para-ia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/?p=171586","title":{"rendered":"El CEO de Google recomienda un marco regulatorio global para la IA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sundar Pichai, CEO de Google, se suma a las voces del sector tecnol\u00f3gico que piden un marco regulatorio para la inteligencia artificial (IA), a ra\u00edz de la eclosi\u00f3n de herramientas de IA generativa como las desarrolladas por OpenAI.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En una entrevista al programa del canal estadounidense de CBS, 60 Minutes, el m\u00e1ximo responsable del gigante tecnol\u00f3gico advirti\u00f3 que la IA \u201cpuede ser muy da\u00f1ina si se despliega de forma incorrecta\u201d, por lo que <strong>ser\u00eda necesario asentar un marco regulatorio a nivel global, similar a los tratados que regulan el uso de las armas nucleares<\/strong>, ante los posibles efectos adversos, entre ellos, la desinformaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A este respecto, indic\u00f3: \u201cSer\u00e1 posible con una IA crear un v\u00eddeo f\u00e1cilmente, donde Scott (Pelley, el entrevistador del programa) aparecer\u00eda diciendo algo, o yo diciendo algo, y en realidad nunca dijimos eso. Y podr\u00eda parecer cierto. Esto, a escala social, puede hacer mucho da\u00f1o\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pichai tambi\u00e9n<strong> reconoci\u00f3 la existencia de las cajas negras que se originan en este tipo de tecnolog\u00eda,<\/strong> cuando los resultados obtenidos por la IA no se sabe con certeza c\u00f3mo se han generado. Preguntado entonces por qu\u00e9 se lanzan estas soluciones &#8211; como Bard, en el caso de Google-, el directivo argument\u00f3 que tampoco se conoce completamente c\u00f3mo funciona la mente del ser humano.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reconoci\u00f3 asimismo que la sociedad podr\u00eda no estar preparada para los r\u00e1pidos avances de la IA, y que<strong> parece haber un desajuste entre la velocidad a la que la sociedad piensa y se adapta al cambio comparado con el ritmo al que se desarrolla la IA.<\/strong> Sin embargo, se muestra optimista al ver que parte de la sociedad est\u00e1 alerta de los posibles peligros de esta. \u201cComparado con otra tecnolog\u00eda, he visto a m\u00e1s gente preocupada sobre ello al comienzo de su ciclo de vida, as\u00ed
