Reportar\u00e1 a Alejandro Romero, CEO global de la firma, y entre sus funciones se encuentra la direcci\u00f3n del plan estrat\u00e9gico de la compa\u00f1\u00eda para los pr\u00f3ximos tres a\u00f1os.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Socia de LLYC desde 2007, en los \u00faltimos cuatro a\u00f1os Garc\u00eda se ha situado al frente del negocio en Europa,<strong> los \u00faltimos 18 meses como CEO de la regi\u00f3n.<\/strong> En este periodo, la consultora ha logrado duplicar su facturaci\u00f3n en Espa\u00f1a y Portugal. Anteriormente fue COO de la firma para Am\u00e9rica Latina y parte del equipo que lider\u00f3 la expansi\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en esa regi\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Luisa Garc\u00eda ocupar\u00e1 un cargo de reciente creaci\u00f3n en LLYC<\/strong>, a la que reportar\u00e1n las \u00e1reas de Finanzas, Talento, Legal e IT, as\u00ed como la direcci\u00f3n corporativa, y desde el cual dirigir\u00e1 el plan estrat\u00e9gico de la compa\u00f1\u00eda para los pr\u00f3ximos tres a\u00f1os.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNuestro plan estrat\u00e9gico pondr\u00e1 un foco muy importante en la transformaci\u00f3n, la agilidad del modelo de negocio y el impulso al crecimiento desde todas las \u00e1reas, por lo que espero desde mi nueva posici\u00f3n hacer una contribuci\u00f3n relevante y seguir sumando al negocio\u201d, ha declarado<strong> Luisa Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, nueva COO global de <strong>LLYC.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>La posici\u00f3n que hasta ahora ocupaba Garc\u00eda, CEO de Europa, ser\u00e1 asumida por Luis Miguel Pe\u00f1a<\/strong>, quien hasta el momento ostentaba la direcci\u00f3n global de talento (CTO). Antes dirigi\u00f3 la Regi\u00f3n Andina de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, donde gener\u00f3 desde su llegada un 25% m\u00e1s de resultados.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cApostamos por la creatividad, la innovaci\u00f3n y la transformaci\u00f3n digital del negocio. Son las bases para seguir creciendo, anticiparnos y ayudar a nuestros clientes. Aqu\u00ed el papel de Luisa como COO es fundamental. Estoy convencido tambi\u00e9n de que Luis Miguel har\u00e1 un gran trabajo como CEO en Europa\u201d, ha se\u00f1alado por su parte<strong> Alejandro Romero<\/strong>, CEO global de<strong> LLYC<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado,<strong> Tiago Vidal<\/strong> deja la direcci\u00f3n general de LLYC en Lisboa para asumir la Direcci\u00f3n Global de Talento y Tecnolog\u00eda y se incorpora al comit\u00e9 ejecutivo global. Mientras que <strong>Marlene Gaspar<\/strong> promociona a directora general de la consultora en Portugal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estos cambios se producen en la semana en la que la consultora celebra su reuni\u00f3n internacional de socios y directivos en la que participar\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 180 profesionales de los 12 pa\u00edses en los que opera la firma.
