Ha firmado para la adquisici\u00f3n del 100% de las acciones emitidas y en circulaci\u00f3n del capital social de Radionomy Group B.V. de Targetspot SA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La amplia gama de editores, el soporte de impresiones mensuales y la soluci\u00f3n publicitaria de Radionomy supone<strong> un impulso para la publicidad de los anunciantes<\/strong>. Re\u00fane as\u00ed toda la actividad de Targetspot con sus filiales. Lo que significa que esta transacci\u00f3n supone la cesi\u00f3n indirecta de todas las filiales de Radionomy, Targetspot y Shoutcast.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con esta adquisici\u00f3n<strong>, Azerion lanza un nuevo producto en el \u00e1mbito de la publicidad de audio<\/strong>, de forma que permite a los clientes y socios ampliar su compromiso con los usuarios.
