Sin embargo, Atento indica que la tendencia ser\u00e1 positiva.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los consumidores se anticipan a la hora de comprar para <strong>evitar la subida de precios en las campa\u00f1as de final de a\u00f1o<\/strong>, aprovechando las promociones de noviembre, tanto en canal f\u00edsico como online.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con la llegada del <strong>Black Friday<\/strong>, los consumidores aprovechan las campa\u00f1as de descuentos con vistas a las compras navide\u00f1as. Seg\u00fan las previsiones de Atento, <strong>durante este d\u00eda se prev\u00e9 el pico m\u00e1s alto de ventas<\/strong> hasta final de a\u00f1o, siendo uno de los momentos de mayor consumo del pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Las compa\u00f1\u00edas en general est\u00e1n dispuestas a arriesgar<\/strong> y sacar promociones muy agresivas, tienen expectativas buenas para el Black Friday. Se preparan para este pico de demanda a trav\u00e9s del <strong>refuerzo de equipo f\u00edsico y online<\/strong>. Puede durar hasta dos semanas despu\u00e9s entre devoluciones, cambios y prolongaci\u00f3n de ofertas que normalmente se solapan con Navidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En <strong>2021<\/strong> los clientes de Atento llegaron a registrar unas <strong>subidas de hasta el 146% en volumen de llamadas<\/strong>, obligando a las compa\u00f1\u00edas a triplicar el servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente.
