Se suma a la junta directiva un nuevo equipo, Directoire +, encargado de preparar a la firma francesa ante el futuro.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El consejo de administraci\u00f3n, presidido por Maurice L\u00e9vy, <strong>ha renovado el mandato de Arthur Sadoun como presidente y CEO de la compa\u00f1\u00eda para los pr\u00f3ximos cuatro a\u00f1os,<\/strong> ante los resultados \u201cexcepcionales\u201d conseguidos por el grupo en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. L\u00e9vy ha destacado la creaci\u00f3n de la plataforma Marcel, el reposicionamiento de Publicis Sapient o la exitosa integraci\u00f3n con Epsilon.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En esta nueva etapa para Sadoun, le acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 en la junta directiva<strong> un nuevo equipo, llamado Directoire +<\/strong>, que estar\u00e1 compuesto por <strong>Carla Serrano<\/strong>, actual <em>chief strategy officer<\/em> de <strong>Publicis Groupe<\/strong>; <strong>Dave Penski<\/strong>, CEO de <strong>Publicis Media en Estados Unidos<\/strong>; <strong>Nigel Vaz<\/strong>, CEO de <strong>Publicis Sapient<\/strong>; y <strong>Agathe Bousquet<\/strong>, presidente de <strong>Publicis Groupe France<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan ha explicado L\u00e9vy, este grupo nace a propuesta del propio Sadoun y se trata de una f\u00f3rmula ya empleada por el grupo franc\u00e9s en el pasado. \u201cEste equipo estar\u00e1 a cargo de hacer efectivo el \u2018Poder de Uno\u2019 de una manera m\u00e1s profunda, amplia y m\u00e1s demandante, con la integraci\u00f3n de soluciones de ecommerce que ahora son inseparables de todas las dimensiones del marketing y la transformaci\u00f3n empresarial\u201d, ha informado L\u00e9vy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCon un nuevo equipo directivo, Directoire +, que combina de forma \u00fanica lo mejor del data, la creatividad, los medios y la tecnolog\u00eda, al Poder de Uno, estamos preparados para unirnos a nuestros clientes en su transformaci\u00f3n y ayudarles a liderar el camino de la nueva era del comercio\u201d, ha destacado por su parte <strong>Arthur Sadoun<\/strong>, presidente y CEO de<strong> Publicis Groupe<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El consejo de administraci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n ha renovado <strong>los cargos de Anne-Gabrielle Heilbronner como secretaria general y de Michel-Alain Proch, CFO de la compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/strong>, para los pr\u00f3ximos cuatro a\u00f1os.
