La moda es la segunda partida con peores perspectivas (el 58% no renovar\u00e1 su armario), seguida de las vacaciones (50%), combustible (44%) y mejoras en casa (40%). S\u00f3lo el 15% espera reducir su gasto de agua, gas y electricidad, pese a que son en estos servicios donde los precios han aumentado en mayor medida. As\u00ed, el 60% valorar\u00e1 positivamente las ofertas personalizadas y el 47% pedir\u00e1 m\u00e1s escucha y mejor atenci\u00f3n al cliente.
