{"id":157233,"date":"2022-07-26T13:43:29","date_gmt":"2022-07-26T11:43:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/?p=157233"},"modified":"2022-07-26T14:21:54","modified_gmt":"2022-07-26T12:21:54","slug":"havas-paris-prescinde-de-director-creativo-por-acoso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/?p=157233","title":{"rendered":"Havas Par\u00eds prescinde de su director creativo por acoso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La investigaci\u00f3n que Havas ha realizado en su oficina de Par\u00eds como consecuencia de las acusaciones de abuso por parte de su director general, Julien Carette, y su director creativo, Christophe Coffre, ha llevado al grupo de medios a prescindir de este \u00faltimo y recolocar al primero en una nueva estructura organizativa.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El pasado 9 de mayo Havas Par\u00eds inici\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n sobre los presuntos abusos cometidos por su CEO y director creativo, Julien Carette y Christophe Coffre, a varias empleadas de la oficina y a una periodista de una revista del sector. Esta informaci\u00f3n surgi\u00f3 a ra\u00edz de los testimonios publicados en la cuenta de Instagram Balance Ton Agency, fundada en septiembre de 2020 por una publicista francesa para arrojar luz sobre los abusos cometidos en el sector de la publicidad, y que citaban aquellos realizados por JC y CC en Havas Par\u00eds.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La investigaci\u00f3n llev\u00f3 a la agencia a prescindir por el momento de su director general y su director creativo y a establecer un sistema anti-acoso en la oficina parisina, formada por una l\u00ednea de tel\u00e9fono y un chat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pesquisa fue conducida por una firma legal independiente. Tras analizar un total de 28 testimonios de actuales y antiguos empleados de Havas Par\u00eds,<strong> el \u201ccomportamiento inapropiado\u201d de uno de ellos ha llevado a la agencia a tomar medidas disciplinarias.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed,<strong> Christophe Coffre queda relegado de sus funciones, mientras que Julien Carette vuelve a la compa\u00f1\u00eda, pero en calidad de co-presidente.<\/strong> Su actividad estar\u00e1 coordinada con <strong>Mayada Boulos, <\/strong>ex asesora del primer ministro franc\u00e9s Jean Castex,\u00a0un nuevo fichaje que ayudar\u00e1 a la agencia a \u201cdefinir y escribir el nuevo cap\u00edtulo para Havas Par\u00eds\u201d, aseguran.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:
