{"id":156827,"date":"2022-07-19T13:17:49","date_gmt":"2022-07-19T11:17:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/?p=156827"},"modified":"2022-07-19T14:25:55","modified_gmt":"2022-07-19T12:25:55","slug":"nestle-lanzara-farmaco-para-alergias-alimentarias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ipmark.com\/?p=156827","title":{"rendered":"Nestl\u00e9 lanzar\u00e1 un f\u00e1rmaco para acabar o reducir las alergias alimentarias"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Nestl\u00e9 Health Science, la divisi\u00f3n de salud de Nestl\u00e9 propiedad de marcas como Meritene o Compleat, ha firmado un acuerdo de colaboraci\u00f3n con la biofarmac\u00e9utica Enterome para potenciar el desarrollo de medicamentos capaces de resolver alergias alimentarias y enfermedades intestinales inflamatorias.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el acuerdo de I+D firmado entre ambas compa\u00f1\u00edas se contemplan, entre otros objetivos, el <strong>desarrollo y comercializaci\u00f3n del componente EB1010, dise\u00f1ado para ofrecer mejores resultados terap\u00e9uticos en pacientes con alergias alimentarias y enfermedades intestinales inflamatorias<\/strong> y cuyos ensayos cl\u00ednicos comenzar\u00e1n en 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s de crear un nuevo canal para el desarrollo de inmunoterapias de distintos al\u00e9rgenos para suprimir la reacci\u00f3n al\u00e9rgica, a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma Mimicry de la biofarmac\u00e9utica. A este respecto, han informado que <strong>iniciar\u00e1n las investigaciones con los al\u00e9rgenos del cacahuete.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCerca de 220 millones de personas en el mundo viven con alergias alimentarias y siete millones con enfermedades intestinales inflamatorias. A trav\u00e9s de esta colaboraci\u00f3n, perseguimos desarrollar nuevas terapias para estas dos \u00e1reas con altas necesidades m\u00e9dicas\u201d, ha explicado <strong>Hans-Juergen Woerle<\/strong>, <em>chief scientific and medical officer<\/em> de <strong>Nestl\u00e9 Health Science<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCreemos que EB1010, administrado en forma de pastilla, tiene el potencial de prevenir o reducir la intensidad de las reacciones al\u00e9rgicas en el est\u00f3mago. EB1010, que tambi\u00e9n ha sido estudiado en las enfermedades intestinales inflamatorias, tendr\u00e1 aplicaci\u00f3n en muchos tipos de alergia diferentes\u201d, ha expresado por su parte<strong> Christophe Bonny<\/strong>,<em> chief scientific officer<\/em> de <strong>Enterome<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para ello, la divisi\u00f3n de salud del gigante de Gran Consumo destinar\u00e1 40 millones de euros a la biofarmac\u00e9utica. Esta, por su parte, ser\u00e1 responsable de las investigaciones y soportar\u00e1 los costes asociados a la aplicaci\u00f3n del nuevo
