De esta forma, Cristina Sancho Ferr\u00e1n, directora de asuntos corporativos de Wolters Kluwer Espa\u00f1a Legal &amp; Regulatory, ser\u00e1 la presidenta de la organizaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Desde su fundaci\u00f3n en 2015,\u00a0<strong>Nerea Torres<\/strong>, socia fundadora de\u00a0<strong>EJE&amp;CON\u00a0<\/strong>y CEO de\u00a0<strong>Siemens Logistics Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>, ha sido la presidenta, quien adem\u00e1s fue reelegida dos veces por la propia asociaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abDesde su nacimiento, EJE&amp;CON no ha parado de crecer. Siempre quisimos que fuese una asociaci\u00f3n referente en much\u00edsimas cosas, entre ellas, necesariamente en buen gobierno corporativo. Por ello, hemos puesto l\u00edmite a los mandatos de la presidencia\u00bb, declar\u00f3\u00a0<strong>Torres<\/strong>, durante su discurso de despedida.<\/p>\n<p>La reci\u00e9n nombrada presidenta,\u00a0<strong>Cristina Sancho<\/strong>, ha participado en la junta como vicepresidenta durante gran parte de estos a\u00f1os. Dispone de una amplia experiencia profesional: licenciada en derecho y experta en comunicaci\u00f3n corporativa y liderazgo sostenible. Es, adem\u00e1s, directora de asuntos corporativos en\u00a0<strong>Wolters Kluwer Espa\u00f1a LR<\/strong> y presidenta de la Fundaci\u00f3n Wolters Kluwer.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEJE&amp;CON debe consolidarse como la organizaci\u00f3n de referencia cuando se trata de hablar de diversidad en puestos de alta responsabilidad de todos los sectores; nuestra singular composici\u00f3n mixta y nuestros valores nos identifican\u00bb, comparti\u00f3 <strong>Sancho.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Nuevas vicepresidentas<\/h2>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la aprobaci\u00f3n de las cuentas y el cambio de presidenta, la Asamblea trat\u00f3 los cambios en la composici\u00f3n de la Junta Directiva, donde ingresaron en calidad de vicepresidentas\u00a0<strong>Beatriz Garc\u00eda-Quismondo, Bego\u00f1a Tiscar, Miriam Alcaide, Mar\u00eda Luisa Melo, Mar\u00eda del Castillo y Lidia Zommer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En el encuentro tambi\u00e9n se reportaron las actividades llevadas a cabo por la asociaci\u00f3n durante este \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, entre las que destacan el C\u00f3digo de Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas para la Gesti\u00f3n de Talento y Competitividad de la Empresa, al que ya se han adherido m\u00e1s de 150 organizaciones, o los Premios EJE&amp;CON, donde se reconoce el esfuerzo de grandes empresas, pymes, instituciones p\u00fablicas y privadas, y\u00a0<em>startups<\/em> por el
