Ikea, Decathlon, Correos o Amazon han resultado parte de la lista de las compa\u00f1\u00edas m\u00e1s atractivas para trabajar, l\u00edderes en Retail, Retail Moda, Log\u00edstica y Econom\u00eda digital, respectivamente.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son los resultados del Informe anual Randstad Employer Brand Research, que analiza las principales razones por las que un profesional elegir\u00eda una empresa para desarrollar su carrera profesional, tras entrevistas a 10.000 profesionales en Espa\u00f1a.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nestl\u00e9 se ha convertido en la empresa m\u00e1s atractiva para trabajar en el sector de Alimentaci\u00f3n y Bebidas. Su responsable de talento y transformaci\u00f3n, <strong>Juan Gelves ha sido el encargado de recoger el Randstad Award, galard\u00f3n que lo acredita.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En Retail, la elegida ha sido <strong>Ikea<\/strong>, mientras que en Retail Moda, ha destacado la oferta laboral de <strong>Decathlon<\/strong>. Otras compa\u00f1\u00edas atractivas para trabajar son Mercedes Benz, en Automoci\u00f3n; <strong>Amazon<\/strong>, en Econom\u00eda Digital; <strong>Correos<\/strong>, en Log\u00edstica; <strong>Mapfre<\/strong>, en seguros; o <strong>Telef\u00f3nica<\/strong>, en telecomunicaciones.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta es la decimotercera edici\u00f3n de un estudio en el que se han realizado m\u00e1s de dos millones de encuestas a trabajadores en todo el mundo, m\u00e1s de 70.000 solo en Espa\u00f1a. En esta edici\u00f3n, en la que han participado 10.000 personas, se han tenido en cuenta, para la elecci\u00f3n de los ganadores, que la empresa tenga una notoriedad de marca superior al 10% y que
