As\u00ed, tiene como objetivo principal ayudar a las marcas a construir nuevas formas de conexi\u00f3n con la audiencia a trav\u00e9s de la optimizaci\u00f3n de todos los <i>touchpoints <\/i>del <i>customer journey<\/i>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre los servicios que ofrece destaca la consultor\u00eda para el dise\u00f1o de la experiencia de cliente y medici\u00f3n de la data; contenidos para la creaci\u00f3n de <strong>experiencias memorables y competitivas en entornos <\/strong><\/span><strong><i>phygital <\/i><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>y tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s del asesoramiento en herramientas CRM y marketing automation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta nueva unidad de negocio forma parte de la <strong>network global Havas CX<\/strong>, compuesta por 1.800 profesionales especializados en transformaci\u00f3n y experiencia de cliente en 26 oficinas.
