El proyecto incluye testimonios de diferentes mujeres que ocupan la inmensa variedad de profesiones que existen en relaci\u00f3n a la comunicaci\u00f3n: periodistas, directoras de agencias,\u00a0<em>copywriters<\/em>,\u00a0<em>community managers<\/em>, especialistas en marketing, directoras de cuentas\u2026 Canela les pidi\u00f3 un relato que\u00a0<strong>inspirara a otras mujeres que est\u00e1n empezando en el sector<\/strong>\u00a0o a aquellas que ya llevan a\u00f1os trabajando en \u00e9l, pero que necesitan la fuerza para seguir escalando y superando retos y obst\u00e1culos.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/canelapr.us17.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=f48df3c9feb1fd3cf2d9a9795&amp;id=0b23b1d565&amp;e=5e1c62e00a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/canelapr.us17.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u%3Df48df3c9feb1fd3cf2d9a9795%26id%3D0b23b1d565%26e%3D5e1c62e00a&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1646912584899000&amp;usg=AOvVaw374vDWJrY2JuEL1mZfJa5c\">datos de ADECEC<\/a>,\u00a0<strong>la media de mujeres en plantilla en las agencias de RR.PP. en Espa\u00f1a es del 72,8%<\/strong>. Sin embargo, el porcentaje de mujeres en comit\u00e9s de direcci\u00f3n de agencias de relaciones p\u00fablicas desciende al 57%. En Portugal, el contraste es todav\u00eda mayor, ya que seg\u00fan datos del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/canelapr.us17.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=f48df3c9feb1fd3cf2d9a9795&amp;id=d1e01cebe6&amp;e=5e1c62e00a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/canelapr.us17.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u%3Df48df3c9feb1fd3cf2d9a9795%26id%3Dd1e01cebe6%26e%3D5e1c62e00a&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1646912584899000&amp;usg=AOvVaw3YdkpsmGHaSaytivjV0SuH\"><em>European Communication Monitor 2020<\/em><\/a>, en un 74,1% de los departamentos y agencias de comunicaci\u00f3n hay una mayor\u00eda de mujeres, pero solo en el 37,5% de ellos las mujeres son l\u00edderes.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, los datos tambi\u00e9n demuestran que el sector de la comunicaci\u00f3n se encuentra en un momento de cambio, donde las desigualdades de g\u00e9nero poco a poco se van recortando. Aunque actualmente hay pocas mujeres directivas, en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, el 57% de las personas contratadas con un cargo de direcci\u00f3n en comunicaci\u00f3n han sido mujeres, seg\u00fan datos del\u00a0<em>Informe Anual de la Profesi\u00f3n Period\u00edstica 2021<\/em>\u00a0elaborado por la Asociaci\u00f3n de la Prensa de Madrid.<\/p>\n<p><em>Comunicado juntas<\/em>\u00a0se ha publicado tanto\u00a0<strong>de manera f\u00edsica como digital<\/strong>.
