En definitiva tratan de hacer un homenaje al valor que todas las mujeres aportan a la sociedad.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por ello, lanzan <strong>#OleT\u00fa<\/strong> como un mensaje de reconocimiento pero tambi\u00e9n de celebraci\u00f3n, de \u00e1nimo y de esperanza a un futuro que florece con ellas. As\u00ed, la iniciar\u00eda cuenta con una ilustraci\u00f3n realizada ad hoc para Havas Group por la ilustradora <strong>Carmen Garc\u00eda Huerta<\/strong>, \u2014autora de campa\u00f1as para El Corte Ingl\u00e9s, Su\u00e1rez o Paradores\u2014.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se trata de un <strong>llamamiento abierto y participativo<\/strong> a reconocer el valor que tienen las mujeres en la sociedad. Adem\u00e1s es una invitaci\u00f3n a que cualquier persona comparta su #OleT\u00fa con todas aquellas mujeres a las que quieran hacer un reconocimiento.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por este motivo, la iniciativa ser\u00e1 distribuida por las <strong>redes sociales y medios propios<\/strong> de todas las agencias que conforman Havas Group Espa\u00f1a.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Las mujeres afectadas por la Covid-19<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pandemia ha impactado duramente en la salud mental y emocional de las mujeres. Seg\u00fan datos de <strong>The Cocktail Analysis<\/strong> en sus informes sobre la evoluci\u00f3n de la pandemia recalcan que \u201cexisten diferencias de g\u00e9nero en el clima emocional; entre los hombres se vive el momento actual desde un mayor optimismo (28%), confianza (22%) y tranquilidad. Las mujeres sufren un mayor desgaste, se da mayor tristeza (21%) y frustraci\u00f3n (27%)\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con motivo del 8M homenajea a todas las
